Here I am at my computer being dragged into the 21st century. Today, I have had to embark on an 8 week course exploring new technologies, so that I can be a more informed and informative employee.
Mind you, I am not kicking or screaming about it,I am genuinely quite excited about being able to do something on the computer other than frown at it.
I am constantly amazed at the Y Gens who's fingers fly over the computer keys, navigating their way through a minefield of computer funtions, whilst at the same time texting a friend and holding a conversation to someone else.
I want to be like that!
Am I going through a mid-life crisis? Is all this nessesary? Do I really need to know how to blog, twitt, wikk?
We shall see, i guess, at the end of eight weeks.
I may not be glued to my computer, my eyes shining with the delights it may have exposed but lets hope I am not still frowning at it!
